Mr. Pruitt is a Consulting Executive supporting multiple Industry Segments. Mr. Pruitt’s primary areas of concentration are business strategy, technology leadership and strategic partnering. In these areas, Mr. Pruitt specializes in the business value of technology, Change Management, Operational Readiness, and Organizational Alignment. He is highly skilled in comprehending complex architectures, differentiating vendor capabilities, and building effective support infrastructures.

Mr. Pruitt has more than 15 years of leadership in technical design and strategic planning. He has recognized expertise in conceptualization, analysis, and synthesis of business and technology issues. In addition, he has over 10 years of experience within the contact center and network architecture consulting areas; including tenures with a major Telecom Provider, Big 4 Consulting Firms, and a major Research and Development corporation.

Ivan Holmes
Managing Member

Ivan Holmes has 15 years of accounting, finance and process consulting. His background spans start up enterprises to Fortune 100 conglomerates. Ivan has worked in industries such as telecom, customer service, chemical production, and oil and gas. Ivan has written small business columns and has delivered management seminars, classes and lectures. Ivan also brings a wealth of knowledge around organization integration.

Ivan is a veteran of Desert Storm serving his country in the MS Army National Guard. Ivan’s time of military service helped forged his philosophy of teamwork and leadership.
